Shannon has been working on her spiritual art journey since 2008 being inspired by woman circles, using her inner goddess to express elements and spirit on canvas. Evolving through meditation and ritual circles Shannon has experimented with paint, sculptures and installation work. During this time realizing that meditation is the creative force of her work Shannon has extended her knowledge of meditation to help others find their creative source. In taking many spiritual and meditation classes herself she has expanded her awareness and talents as a guided meditator and spiritual practioner hosting numerous art meditation classes.
In these creative, intuitive workshops students have taken meditation journeys to unlock visual images igniting their creative flow to create their own meaningful paintings.
